Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. It involves passive and long-held poses, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. While the Yang yoga involves a faster-pace, more dynamic and active poses. It engages muscles, promotes strength, stability, and improved muscle tone.

This prolonged duration allows practitioners to explore stillness, promote self-awareness, and access deeper layers of the body, fostering a sense of balance and relaxation. The practice also incorporates mindfulness and breath awareness, contributing to both physical and mental well-being. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and can be a complementary practice to more active forms of yoga and exercise.

Lorem Ipsum is dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions. Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the source.
